destination, BUDE on the stunning North Cornwall
coast of England dates back as far as Victorian times.
When visitors arrive for the first time they are often struck by the
extreme friendliness of the town and the local people.
Here you will find an unspoiled & traditional English
seaside town, full of atmosphere and charm.
Stroll around the town, and visit the shops
before meandering your way along the peaceful Bude Canal.
After an exhilarating ramble
along the coastal path,
- the area boasts some of the most spectacular coastal
scenery in the British Isles -
why not just unwind on one of the lovely
sandy beaches, sit back, relax and watch the world go by?
Perhaps time even permits a delicious west country cream
tea.
Fancy a run out in the car one day?
Head down South, and an hours drive or less
could see you in
the lovely village of Boscastle,
atmospheric Tintagel,
Rick Stein's Padstow, or the charming tiny fishing village of Port
Issac.
Just a little further on, the surfing town of Newquay
can be found, and of course, the magnificent Eden
Project.
The charming old Devon village of Clovelly
lies to the
north of Bude and can be easily reached in 30 minutes or
so.
A little further, and within an hours easy drive
you'll find the market towns of Bideford and Barnstaple
Whether for your
annual holiday, or that well-earned
short break away, and with so many
places within easy reach, BUDE on the North
Cornwall/
North Devon border is ideally situated to explore
this lovely part of the West Country

Bedrooms are of a high standard and it is pleasing to
note that redecoration is ongoing.
Decor is of a good quality and well maintained
throughout the establishment.
New curtains, pelmets and co-ordinating fabrics in
a number of the rooms increases the level of
quality.
All rooms are complemented well with a vast range
of extras and accessories which demonstrates a
