The Breakfast Room
The
Breakfast Room at Fairway House is
the perfect place in which to start your day.
Alongside Bob The Butchers' superb locally
made pork sausages, extra thick back bacon,
and
local
free range farm
eggs
(fried, scrambled or
poached
according to your preference)
are a selection of
other delicious ingredients,
as much as possible locally sourced.
A lighter Continental choice is
always an option if preferred. A delicious light & fluffy
Omelette perhaps or Croissants, served warm
to enjoy either with preserves or alongside
a selection of West Country cheeses, ham and
quartered (on vine) cherry tomatoes
Our delicious kipper and
haddock
fillets
are locally smoked and always readily available

As our long-case clock ticks
slowly on
we
invite you to linger over breakfast,
enjoying the antics of the golfers on the fairway
just outside the window, all
searching for
that elusive "hole in one"
..... and perhaps the
odd lost ball along the way !!
In colder, winter months an open fire burns
in our original Victorian tiled fireplace

Our comfortable guest lounge is accessible at any time
of day.
A peaceful room and the ideal place to relax, read
your
daily newspaper or lose yourself in that holiday novel.
Should the sun refuse to put in an appearance,
a plentiful supply of magazines and games are
on hand ..... or feel free to borrow a book
from the bookcase on the
first floor landing to while away the time.
